Quality Standards

How we manage quality from supplier selection to final delivery

Quality Managed From the Beginning

Quality is managed from the beginning of the process, not only at the end. Suppliers are selected based on capability, inspection equipment, and process discipline. Each order includes dimensional verification, material certification when required, and batch documentation to support traceability.

Quality inspection process at Brenom Systems

Four Stages of Quality Verification

1

CMM Inspection

Critical dimensions verified using Coordinate Measuring Machines with full measurement reports.

2

First Article

Initial sample inspected and verified against drawing specifications before production begins.

3

Batch Documentation

Certificates of Conformance, material certifications, and inspection reports included with every shipment.

4

Third-Party Inspection

Independent inspection companies engaged when projects require additional verification.

Precision measurement tools for CMM inspection

CMM Inspection

Where required by the drawing or tolerance requirements, Coordinate Measuring Machines are used to verify critical dimensions. Measurement reports are included as part of batch documentation.

Tight-Tolerance Dimensions

Critical dimensions measured on CMM equipment for precision verification

Measurement Reports

Detailed measurement reports provided with every shipment

Full Batch Verification

Dimensional verification performed across the full production batch

Inspection Traceability

Inspection records maintained for full traceability of every part

Every shipment includes full documentation — we don't ship parts without it.

First article inspection and quality control

Every Part Verified Before Production Begins

Before production begins, an initial sample is inspected to confirm dimensional compliance with the engineering drawing. A formal First Article Inspection report is generated with ballooned drawings and measured values. Production approval is based on FAI results.

What Gets Checked and What Ships With Your Parts

What We Inspect

Every order goes through a defined inspection process matched to the part requirements and drawing specifications.

  • Critical dimensions verified against engineering drawings
  • Material composition and grade confirmation
  • Surface finish quality and treatment verification
  • Geometric tolerances and feature positions
  • Visual inspection for defects and workmanship

Documentation Included

Complete batch documentation ships with every order to support your quality and traceability requirements.

  • Certificate of Conformance (CoC)
  • Material certification reports
  • Inspection reports per batch
  • Lot traceability records
  • Third-party inspection reports when applicable
